    A 30 or 45-minute class designed to help employees stretch, relax, and recharge during their lunch break. Classes focus on simple postures and breathing exercises to alleviate tension and stress

  • Pricing: $175 - $250 per class

    A 60 or 90 minute session focused on relaxation and unwinding after a long day at work. This class combines restorative yoga postures with gentle stretching to help employees transition from work to personal time.

  • Pricing: $1,500 for a 6-week series (once per week)

    A multi-week program (e.g., 6 weeks) combining yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help employees build sustainable wellness habits.

Yoga Packages

  • Pricing: $150 - $200 per class.

    A 30 or 45-minute high-energy Zumba session that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with a cardio workout, perfect for getting employees active during lunch.

  • Pricing: $175 - $250 per class

    A 60 or 90 minute Zumba class to de-stress and boost endorphins after work. Fun and upbeat, it’s a great way for employees to shake off the day’s stress.

  • Pricing: $300 - $400 per event.

    A special event class for team-building or company celebrations. This could be a 1-1.5 hour Zumba party, encouraging employees to have fun while exercising.

Zumba Packages

  • Pricing: $500 - $800 per week (for a package of 2-3 classes)

    A combination of weekly yoga and Zumba classes offered during lunch or after work to provide a balanced wellness program. Customize the frequency and timing based on the company's needs.

  • Pricing: $1,000 - $2,500 per day, depending on the number of sessions and instructors needed.

    A full or half-day wellness event combining multiple sessions of yoga, Zumba, and mindfulness workshops. Ideal for company retreats or health and wellness days.
