    Yoga Instructor

200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor Brooklyn, NY

My passion for yoga extends beyond the mat, encompassing a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery. I enjoy teaching Vinyasa, Yin, and guided visual meditations, each offering a unique pathway to balance and inner peace. I believe that yoga is not just about physical postures but a profound journey towards self-awareness and spiritual growth. My classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to guide you in reconnecting with your true self and harnessing the power of the present moment. In our daily lives, we are constantly pulled away from our bodies and the present moment. My mission is to help people reconnect with their true, authentic selves, as it can bring so much fulfillment to every aspect of life. I will always hold space for my students, listen to their concerns and needs, and be a gentle guide. I truly believe that yoga saved my life in so many ways, and I strive to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. Yoga is for everyone, and we can all benefit by connecting more with the mind, body, and spirit.

  • Haydee Espinal

    Yoga Instructor

200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor Newburgh, NY

Hi! 'm Haydee, a certified yoga teacher with roots in the vibrant Upper West Side of NYC and proud of my first-generation Dominican heritage. My yoga journey began over 7 years ago, during which I’ve immersed myself in the practices of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Since becoming certified in 2021, I've developed a deep passion for using yoga to break generational cycles and challenge long-held beliefs.

My passion for nurturing and teaching began early on. Throughout high school, I babysat, watched over my siblings, and volunteered at schools, which gave me invaluable experience in caring for children. From 2010 to 2018, I worked as a teacher's assistant, where I gained further experience, particularly in working with children with developmental delays. I believe that helping children learn tools to regulate their nervous systems is essential, and it's a mission I find deeply rewarding.

At home, I’m blessed to have a wonderful daughter and niece who live with me, and they continue to inspire my journey. Through yoga, I aim to share these tools with others, inspiring them to find their paths to healing, self-discovery, and growth.

  • Dena Levitz

    Yoga Instructor

200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor New York, NY

Always an athlete, Dena grew up competing in gymnastics, track and cheerleading. Yoga started as a workout that was much kinder on her body. But when she endured personal hardship -- losing her mom to cancer -- she started to see yoga as a much deeper, holistic practice that became a critical part of healing from loss.  When she decided to make the leap to teaching yoga and mindfulness, Dena received her RYT200 certification through Tavoos Garden, based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, studying under the great Yogi Madhav. Now her hope is to help students use yoga as a tool for empowerment, resilience and liberation and to make the practice available and approachable to all. Dena has a deep appreciation for the physical tradition of asana but also for the other limbs of yoga. Her classes are dynamic, yet playful, rooted in classic hatha and vinyasa while incorporating things that light her up, like Rocky quotes and 90s pop music. Dena also received a specialized certification to teach yoga and mindfulness to kids through Little Flower Yoga and frequently teaches in New York City schools and daycares.

  • Indrya Bryant

    Art Teacher

I currently teach general and special education in public schools, this will be my fourth year in my district. Aside from teaching, I have been doing art for almost 3 years now and love what I do. I am a big believer that students care to learn when they learn their teacher cares, so I make it a priority to foster nurturing relationships with my students. I tell my students that we are a family and I enforce a space where students feel safe, loved, supported, and eager to learn. These three years went by in a blink of an eye, so my goal from day one is to prepare your child for their upcoming future by encouraging independence and confidence. By teaching art, it is an organization skill and boosts their confidence so they can feel and be successful. The sky's the limit, so we can achieve it if we just believe it!

"Art is an experience, Not an object."

                -Robert Motherwell.
